Pop!  All about corn! - Demonstration

Corn is one of the most versatile crops and used around the world in a plethera of ways.  It also provides us with an amazing snack: Popcorn!  Ligh and airy yet so many different flavours to choose from.  Sweet, salty or both!  Yes, during this program we will combine sweet and savoury...bacon and maple to make the perfect Canadian popcorn.  While we are popping, we'll learn all about corn, where it comes from and all its other uses.
