Cranberry Bark Demonstration

Fall is cranberry harvest time, and we invite you to join us celebrating this wonderfully unique and healthy native fruit!  In this demo we will show how to make chocolate cranberry bark using very simple ingredients.  While the bark is cooling, slides will be shown of a Canadian Cranberry Box in Muskoka.  We will also discuss the various uses and properties of the wonderful North American Cranberry!
