Maple on Snow - Workshop

Join our presenter for a worksop on how to turn maple syrup into taffy on freshly made snow!  We will start by drilling holes in trees..don't worry - we use logs not your live trees!) and finish by boiling maple syrup and turning it into taffy on freshly made snow!  While boiling the syrup, our presenter will talk about the history of maple syrup making and invite the residents to reminisce about their syruping experiences.
