Herbal Cheese Making Demonstration

In this demonstration, our presenter shows how stretched-curd cheese is made!  While our presenter demonstrates the process, we will talk about the history of cheese and about all the different kinds of cheese in the world.  We'll end off with samples of the freshly produced cheese (either Mozzarella or Chream Cheese) on a slice of Italian bread just as they cheese in Europe.
