Irish Soda Farls and a Tour of Ireland - Demonstration

In honour of St. Patrick's Day, we invite you on a tour of the Emerald Isle.  Our presenter will fry up some real Irish soda farls - a type of soda bread that is a staple in Ireland.  This peasant dish will be served with a smidgeon of honey and/or goat cheese, for subtle refinement.  While frying the farls, we take the audience ona visual tour of Ireland and its beautiful natural landscape through a slide show.  There may even be some Irish songs!
